I am in the middle of a perfect weight range but suffer icky body image. I'm hoping to loose about twenty pounds while still keeping decent eating habbits. At a lighter weight I will still be at a "normal" range, but hopefully feel a little bit better.
I am someone in recovery from anorexia nervosa and its important to keep an eye on my eating habbits and thinking patterns as I make this journey!
I hope to reach my goal weight of 105 pounds by the end of this summer!
