I've been heavy my entire life. As in heavy I mean, I still did everything everyone else does, I played sports and was super active. I never really gained a bunch at once, just slowly but remained semi active.
I've been trying to plan this whole weight loss system for relatively 6 months. I didn't want to start it and not finish it and today is my first day. I found the best exercise for me to start with, jumping rope. Entirely too excited about it.
