So my name is Melissa and I am a 19 year old female who currently weighs 150 pounds. I would like to get down to 120-125. I stand at 5 feet 0 inches and at my height I am currently overweight.
This is my first time being on this site. Umm I created my account a while ago but had not had the chance to actually explore the website.
I would like to make some friends here for support and encouragement on my weight loss journey.
