Well, hello there!

  • Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself!

    I'm the fattest I've ever been and I'd love to change that. I think my current weight is somewhere in the 160s or maybe 170s and I'm 5' tall. Yikes. I started a blog today to chronicle my weight loss. It's thelastcheeseburger.blogspot.com I'm extremely unhappy with how I look and feel as of late and I think this is the perfect place for me to find inspiration and motivation! I can't wait to get to know all of you more!

    Welcome to 3FC. I know you are going to love it here as much as I do. I have never learned so much about this journey both physically and emotionally and it is so comforting knowing that someone, somewhere, is going thru the same things I am. Both good and bad!

    What is your eating and exercise plan? Do you plan to do Weight Watchers, Atkins, good ol' calorie counting or something else?

    I'll be focusing on whole foods and raw eating for the first bit. I'm a big believer in putting unprocessed stuff in my body to make it feel better, but I've been really awful at actually living what I believe. So we'll see how that goes! I'll also be doing cardio stuff at the gym and walking whenever I can. Once I drop a chunk, I'll start more intense stuff like power yoga and weightlifting. Baby steps!
