Hi everyone! I just found you guys and it looks like something I would like to be a part of. I'm 29 and a single mom to an almost 11yr old. I had her at 18 and went from 170 to 225 with the pregnancy. I've lost the weight twice, and once again, it is back

This time I am trying to lose it with out paying an arm and a leg. In the past I went through medical weight loss clinics, but this time I'm going to do it by myself. Hopefully this time it stays off for good.
I've been limiting myself to 1200 calories a day and I've started working out with Tony Hawks Power 90. I have an athletic build, but I am extremely out of shape due to spinal surgery 2 years ago. So it's going to be a challenge for me to maintain motivation. I've also quit smoking 2 weeks ago. I'm confident I don't want to start again, but I'm positive my metabolism is suffering.
Enough about me though. I look forward to sharing this experience and getting to know all of you!
