Welcome, welcome, welcome! I have been on the beach for nearly a week and am LOVING it! I just know you will, too! One thing that has helped me when a craving would start to hit (note: I said start - that way I would head it off at the pass, so to speak) is I would remind myself that the moment that whatever the food was would be in my mouth was not worth it. It may not work for everyone, but after losing 5 pounds in less than a week, it was just too exciting to see the progress.
