so yeah, just wanted to introduce myself on here because all my friends in real life are really thin/fit, because they play sports... I on the other hand am not... so my mom said to try to meet people online instead so here I am!
Welcome! I have a daughter your age. You are at the perfect point in life to start a healthier lifestyle! Did you know that the fitness level you are at age 18 effects your size for the rest of your life? So starting now is wonderful and I'm sure you'll make your goal and keep it forever.
I am so glad you're getting in here earlier instead of later. And you know, being thin and fit isn't everything, but it does make life a lot easier. For instance, I am 23 at 256 pounds. College would have been so much more fun had I been a little thinner because I wouldn't have been so anxious about going out! Being the size you want to be for your own peace at mind is the biggest relief, not to mention the health part. If you ever need to talk to anyone, we're all here.
