I got tired of looking the way I do too, I would like to start out with losing 40 lbs and go from there. I have started the lean and green diet, (kind of) and started walking almost every day. So fat this is what I'm trying, I eat about 4-6 times a day depending on how long I'm up. Usually I eat for a meal a portion of protein about the size of my palm, and a lot of veggies

. I eat carbs once a day, but only a small portion and I have cut out soda. I found some interesting and tasty looking recipes on here and other sites and wanted to copy them and send them to friends but wanted to get permission first
