Hello,
I am new, never used a forum before for weight and thought I would try it. I lost 14 lb last autumn but put on 7 lb since then and am struggling. This morning I had one egg on one slice of toast for breakfast and am sitting here starving (well, that's what it feels like). I had a glass of water half an hour before breakfast at 6am and now at 7am I just want more to eat. I often rotate what I eat as I had been having porridge all the winter and now want a change. Cannot stomach fruit of any kind first thing. Waiting now until 9 am when I have my snack and hoping I do not bottle it before then. I drink a lot of water.
Is there anyone who has some willpower to spare, please
I am overawed at how great some of you are at weight loss
