I'm just starting to diet once more, although this time I'm done with quick-fixes that only lead back to weight gain. I want, NEED, to get fit, healthy and slim! I weigh 19st 7lb (273lb) and have a goal of 168lb. My mini goal is to lose as much weight and change my shape as much as I can by my wedding on July 16th, its less than 18weeks away!!
Grateful for all the help and support you have to offer and will give as much back as I can!
