Okay, here I am again. Third time is the charm? Maybe, but I know one thing is for sure: I've lost a lot of weight about FOUR TIMES, then slowly, but surely, gained it all back. I'm fed up with the double chin, bloated tummy and general feeling of icky-ness. I'm not trying any "diets". Don't have the interest in starting up again. What I am going to do is cut back on the processed food, eat more fresh produce, leaner proteins and find something to get active that I enjoy - NOT my treadmill (ugh). If I lose 1 to 2lbs a week awesome. If I level out one week and lose the next, that's okay too. I'm not going to deny myself the odd treat. If I reeaaaaallly want a twinkie, I'll have one. Not going deny the treat, then obsess about it for months then dive head first into a box and eat the whole thing. So, here goes. Started today by eating more fresh veggies. No snacks after 8. Have to try sneak in a walk or three this week and research something fun for exercise.
