Not new, In fact I lurk on the forums everyday but I finally broke down and decided to start posting. I've been trying to lose weight since I left college in 2006 when I was becoming 140-150 pounds. Well....Now I'm 160 (down from 171) and trying to just get to 114 at some point and be healthy. I've dropped a lot of bad habits but I've been fluctuating at 158-163 for a while...me being stubborn as my parents would always say...I decided to break down for some help and advice!
I've been doing Dance Central as an exercise but planned to incorporate some Tae Bo and if I'm feeling adventurous, Zumba!
