Hello!
Not new, In fact I lurk on the forums everyday but I finally broke down and decided to start posting. I've been trying to lose weight since I left college in 2006 when I was becoming 140-150 pounds. Well....Now I'm 160 (down from 171) and trying to just get to 114 at some point and be healthy. I've dropped a lot of bad habits but I've been fluctuating at 158-163 for a while...me being stubborn as my parents would always say...I decided to break down for some help and advice! :hug:
I've been doing Dance Central as an exercise but planned to incorporate some Tae Bo and if I'm feeling adventurous, Zumba! See you in the forums! :D |
Welcome, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
