Hey, everybody! I'm trying to lose weight for the gazillionth time. I've been doing MediFast since 10/10. I've lost the most weight that I have ever lost on a diet before! Yay! However, I also started at a weight that was 40 lbs higher than I had ever been before.
Welcome to the forums!!! I hear you about the being heavier then you ever were. I am so mad to be at my highest weight.. I just think if I would have stuck to something before.. ugh it gets me so mad but my friend always tells me I have to leave the past in the past and start from today which is what I have been trying to do
Welcome Melanie , Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
