Talking Hi I'm new

i keep running into this site when doing searches, always looking for info to help me in my "Healthier Me" journey
I've lost 10 pounds since i started on January 18 (15 if you count my heaviest weight of 165 on this 5'@' frame).
I've been watching my calorie intake, and power walking daily, and making healthier eating choices for my family and I all the while trying hard not to compromise for them. I think I've done a great job at that.
I've hit a plateau at 150, and think I'm just not eating enough and my body has compensated for that by lowering and adjusting to maintain, which after all is it's job
I'm going to be working on calorie cycling and see if that helps, along with investing in the Zumba dvd's for a change of pace through the week.
Thinking Zumba 3 X's a week and power walking the other 3 times a week.
always looking for input.
I use my fitness pal to log my workouts and calories and goals, wish the had an option for that here as after trying so many it's the one i love the best

Welcome, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
