Hi! My name is Fay. I am 48 years old and currently living in Phoenix, AZ. I am excited that I have already lost 3 lbs! I look forward to sharing successes with everyone.

Look around - we have a ton of forums here, by eating plan, age range, etc. There are so many wonderful, supportive groups, so explore, find a spot or many that feels right, and jump on into posting.

I can't wait to get to know you better!
