Hi, everyone! I'm Julie and this is my upteenth time at trying to lose weight. I get discouraged so quick and give up every.single.time. This time WILL be different though!! I've got about 97lbs to lose, so it's going to be a long journey, but so worth it in the end. I'm counting calories, trying to stay around 1300 which is hard. I'm not an overeater, in fact I don't eat near enough. I skip breakfast, usually skip lunch and then have an average dinner. I know that is most of my problem, and I'm changing it.
