Hi all! My name is Kat and i'm a 21 year old college student! first off i would like to say that i have been reading the threads the past couple of days and WOW! you guys are such inspirations! I am currently 180 lbs and 5'7 but wear my weight well, but i would love to get fit and live a healthier life style. i was once 200 lbs in my highschool days but fell off the wagon and have just maintained 180-185 for the past 2 years. My goal weight is 155-160 lbs..and to build lean muscle and gain strength. I'm hoping to do it before the summer gets here so i can look hot on the beach in a two piece! With a healthy eating plan, lots of exercise and the support of this community i know i can do it! I've attached some photos of me at my current weight and i will be posting progress photos as well!
Welcome Kat, Glad to have you join us. Great pics! My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join
