Hello! My name is Audrey & I'm new here. I joined this forum because quite frankly I'm frustrated & I need some motivation and support. I'm 25 years old, 5'0, and currently 188lbs. I'm actually really mad at myself because I used to weight 146lbs about 2 1/2 years ago. It's been a long struggle. My highest weight was 213lbs, I lost 67lbs..went from a size 18 to a size 8-10, and I lost it in about 6 months..that was over 3 years ago. My avatar is a picture of me 40lbs lighter before I gained weight..I'm using it as motivation. Reason for gaining weight: meeting "the love of my life"..as a couple we would eat out A LOT..very unhealthy. My short term goal right now is 146lbs, with a long term goal of about 118lbs..right now I'd be happy with 146lbs.

Audrey, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
