I'm new but posted around a little bit.
I've always been overweight, since childhood because I have hypothyroidism. Once I managed to lose a few, but gained a little back. Counting carbs, which was the only way that worked for me.
I'm not sure what my goal weight should be, since I've never been that thin, don't know how I would look. I still wanna have some fat on me like the plus size model
