Newbie on the diet trail
Hi all I am Julie a 33 year old who would mostly like to learn about cooking fresh health meals and hopefully in the long run lose a bit of weight. I am in no real rush to lose weight, as I am giving up smoking as well.
I find spending time in the kitchen prepare fresh meals help keep my hands busy.
I started all this on the 1st of Jan as I am sure many people have, still going strong on the fresh food had a small slip on the smoking front hayho, I am still trying.
Hope I can get some good fresh food cokking tips here and other bits and bobs.
