I am not sure why it works, but I do know that if our bodies NEED something like a certain vitamin, it will crave it, or just be hungry hoping that you will consume that nutriant.
I take a B6,Folate,B12,Biotin, under the tongue, each day and it has made a difference.
My MIL gets them from TriVita....Not sure who they are, I just know it works, when I take them
