Hello everyone , new here

I decided to come to a weight lost forum to see if it will help me get motivated.

I suffer from severe depression. I currently do not take any medications I would like to beat my depression naturally ! I have gained 70lbs in the last 2-3 years because of medications :( I used to be 130-135lbs height 5'7)
I want to get back to my original weight. I weight 195-200lbs now I need to drop 70lbs.

I hope to make friends here and get motivated :D

BTDT, I understand what you are going thru. I am here to help any way I can. One thing I would like to suggest that really helped me, was taking a daily B vitamin. One you put under your tongue. It made a big difference in my appetite and depression.

Also try to get some sunlight, even if its just sitting next to the window with a tank top on. Sunlight can really help the blues.

Remember to take it one day at a time :D

I will give it a try but I am really interested to know why it might work, is their some scientific reason for this , do you know ?

I am not sure why it works, but I do know that if our bodies NEED something like a certain vitamin, it will crave it, or just be hungry hoping that you will consume that nutriant.

I take a B6,Folate,B12,Biotin, under the tongue, each day and it has made a difference.

My MIL gets them from TriVita....Not sure who they are, I just know it works, when I take them :)
