Hey everyone, I'm a college student looking for some support to lost weight. I'm currently weighing in at 220, a measly 8lbs lighter since I've started to try and lose weight. My goal right now is 150, I know it will take time and have 'mini goals' set.
I know weight loss is different for different ages and life experiences (having kids, as an example). So anyone in their upper teens or lower twenties in the same boat as me?
