Hey everyone, I'm a college student looking for some support to lost weight. I'm currently weighing in at 220, a measly 8lbs lighter since I've started to try and lose weight. My goal right now is 150, I know it will take time and have 'mini goals' set.
I know weight loss is different for different ages and life experiences (having kids, as an example). So anyone in their upper teens or lower twenties in the same boat as me? Looking forward to browsing forums and meeting some of you lovely ladies! :) |

I'm new here also and have been busting my butt to lose weight this time since December 14th 2010 and have been doing well so far. I'm down 24 pounds and my goal is either 150 or whenever I feel comfy in my own body. :)
I really am looking for someone to talk to about some psychological issues that have come up since I started. I look forward to talking to others who may have some of the same struggles I have. |
