I've just noticed I can't stop eating......even when I am stuffed.....choc.....pizza...pies.....anything! The more I want to stop, the more I eat, what's going on with me?
It's probably because everything you've listed is carbs, bad carbs. Try changing what you eat to lower glycemic index carbs, then the cravings will go away. And when you just feel like you have to eat, grab some veggies to munch on. Lower calories and better for you!
I was exactly like you two months ago. You should definitely find out the underlying reason for your eating and go from there. Good luck, you can break the pattern!
