Hello Everyone I just finished my registration and would like to say hi to you all and hope I will enjoy my stay here..well I came across the website when browsing a few exercise videos and some comments have helped me make some choices and yeah i am looking for support in my journey to weight loss and getting fitter and more energized
From beginning of Feb I'm starting 30 day shred and I'm doing it with Slim in 6 and I should hope that I will have friends and people to join me I have done the 30 day shred and didn't see it through but now I so want to finish it and seee what it has for me

We have a few 30DS challenges floating around, so you definitely might want to join onto one of those. Do you know what eating plan you'll be using yet? We have forums for calorie counting, south beach, meal deliveries...really, most healthy plans have somewhere to call home here, so look around.
