Hello ladies I am very new to dieting and excersizing, I have always weight about 120lbs, until I got married...then it all kinda just went downhill, and now here I am at almost 200, I have been trying to lose some weight for months but never with any luck. I am doing it completely on my own, just started last Monday, I am hoping to get back to at least 140 by summer.
I have been reading the forum, and finally decided to sign up, seeing how much support yall give each other!!! Now I know I'm not alone!
also can someone please tell me how do i put one of those cool weight countdowns on my posts?
Signatures are enabled once you've been a member at least 20 days and have made at least 20 posts. It was necessary to limit them to deter spammers. But it'll be here in no time, and then you'll have some progress to track...even more than the 6 you've already lost!
