I am very new to dieting and excersizing, I have always weight about 120lbs, until I got married...then it all kinda just went downhill, and now here I am at almost 200, I have been trying to lose some weight for months but never with any luck. I am doing it completely on my own, just started last Monday, I am hoping to get back to at least 140 by summer.I have been reading the forum, and finally decided to sign up, seeing how much support yall give each other!!! Now I know I'm not alone!
also can someone please tell me how do i put one of those cool weight countdowns on my posts?
