I am a major sugar addict and tend to binge on sweets when I'm bored. I'm attempting to try the "Belly Fat Cure" guidelines that a friend gave me, but I don't own the book so I don't know much other than the 15 grams of sugar and 6 servings of carbs a day rules. This is day one. Other than a withdrawal headache I feel pretty good! I made it all day with no pop of any kind. YAYY!!
This is a really tough thing for me!I've never actually dieted before so any advice, guidance and support is appreciated!
