1st Diet Ever
Hi! I'm a 30something full time mom with 5 kids of my own and 2 step-kids. My weight has fluctuated with my pregnancies, but almost 2 years after the birth of my 5th (and last) baby I find myself fatter than I've ever been! I'm actually 30lbs heavier now than I was at my 6 week post-partum check up. DEPRESSING! I am 193 and would like to eventually be 130 again.
I am a major sugar addict and tend to binge on sweets when I'm bored. I'm attempting to try the "Belly Fat Cure" guidelines that a friend gave me, but I don't own the book so I don't know much other than the 15 grams of sugar and 6 servings of carbs a day rules. This is day one. Other than a withdrawal headache I feel pretty good! I made it all day with no pop of any kind. YAYY!! :) This is a really tough thing for me! I've never actually dieted before so any advice, guidance and support is appreciated! |

Browse around the site. There is some information about several diets on it. Also -- understand that you will need to be active at least 3-4 times a week. You can do this! |
