Hello there, I am new to this forum but not to weight loss. I lost 35 lbs 9 years ago on weight watchers but the weight has been slowly creeping back up. I have a 2 year old and I have passed the big 40 mark so that sure does not help! I don't have time to join WW but I plan on following the old points plan and working out on my new treadmill before my little guy wakes up.
Hey there I did WW for a little and lost a few lbs as well. I decided to switch up diets though. However when I did do WW I didn't go to the meetings and kept track of points and did all on my own. If you have the determination and positive atmosphere you can do it again! Good luck!
