Just wanted to say Hey, I am from GA I want to lose 15 pounds and haveing a hard time, I have already lost 20 but the rest is hard

Hey Gapeach!

Those last few pounds are a BEAR. Seriously. But look how well you've done so far!

We have a wonderful forum dealing just with the issues of losing the last few pounds or having a smaller goal - the "Featherweights" forum. You may want to check it out! We also have groups by age range, eating plan, and some other variables, so have a look around.

Then just jump in and get posting! Can't wait to get to know you better!
