New to This
I'm 21 years old and Im tired of being fat. I hate not being able to fit into clothes that all my friends wear. I also want to be healthier, I want to be more energetic and be able to keep up with all my friends.
I really want to lose atleast 20 pound by april 1st, when I am going to visit family i havent seen in over 5 years for my great grandfather's 100th birthday. Althought I ultimately would like to lose 35 pounds overall. I am currently a tight size 14(UK) 12(US). and would like to go down to a 8/6.
I have tried losing weight before and it never seems to work. I think i need the support from other people, and others as well as myself to hold me accountable for my actions. I also need any advice for getting and keeping it off.
