any hints and tips would be appreciated - gearing up to loose my weight in 2011 - 2010 just didnt work out as a weight loss year... have short term goal - ten ibs, medium 20 and long term 35 - after that its a miracle!! love this jumpy carrot

I just started in Sept/October. Still learning to get around. I really enjoy coming here especially when I have one of those moments when I might otherwise go to the pantry. It is so comforting to know of so many other people fighting the same fight all around.
