Hi,

I am Susie. I am a mom of 3 boys and wife of 10 years. In Jan of this year I started a low cal diet. I weighted 298 the day I started. Over the summer I got down to 268. I fell of the wagon when school started back and I am back up to 288.

I am really looking for tips, help and support... support that I don't get at home. I have done every diet, every diet pill, and even surgery but the only thing that really worked was Phen-Phen. On phen-phen I went from 220 to 120 in 9 mths. Then they took it off the market and I went from 120 to 300 in less than a year.
