Ummmm...... I am on Day 4 of the IP diet.... Well, kind of.... I bought a ton of product from someone who only did it for a day and moved onto something else..... So I am kinda doing it myself..... But I do have a very dear friend who is doing the IP program and in a month has been VERY successful... SO, I am very thankful to have her support.
I am praying that the detox part of this is soon done cuz I am one tired Mamma... SO looking forward to the excess energy I keep reading about.
I am a Mom of 5 and run a Home Daycare center. Other than being on my feet for 15-16 hours a day, I can't seem to find time for other excercise... Any suggestions?
