Hello! I'm Kayla, I'm 20 years old. Two weeks ago I started a diet, on a whim. Over the past two weeks I have stuck to 1000-1500 calories a day, and managed to do some type of excersise. I started out doing a half hour of hiphop dance cardio. Now instead of doing that, I've been walking a mile every day. Starting out, I walked an 18 minute mile. Yesterday I finally beat it and came in at 17 minutes! I've lost 11 pounds overall. After reading some of the posts, I felt extremely motivated and I wanted to be a part of this community!
