I'm 21 years old, 225 lbs, and trying to make my life better. My career is taking off, internship interviews are rolling in, and the nervousness I feel everytime I meet someone new is holding me back. A huge part of it is my weight, especially since I know my resume is good and that I can be really outgoing.
I don't want to be held back anymore, so I started reading more. Writing more. Painting more. And now I want to excercise more. This post marks the first week I've voluntarily worked out and my first 2 pounds lost. I'm hoping to find support and inspiration for many more weeks and many more pounds.
