Hi! I'm 20 and from Upstate NY. I've been gaining weight steadily since I was ten, but something snapped in me this year, so I've managed to lose twenty pounds on my own since June. It's hard when there's no one to talk to, though! So I found my way here. My most modest goal is to be down to at least 170 by next November, so wish me luck
No, no special program! Just eating more and more vegetables and fruits and far, far less crap; and exercising at least five days a week on a stationary bike. I can go 12-14 miles now in a sitting! At least by my college gym's machine's generous count.
--I guess the special program is "tricking myself into thinking I enjoy exercise when all I've done is make it into a habit."
I need to make exercise a habit as well. I used to be much more active but for some reason Ive just not been as active lately (by active I mean walks, bike rides- low impact/sweat stuff). I need to start sweating again.
I like your profile photo! I've never been lower than 180 in my teenage/adult life, so I'm hoping for the same goal as youuu <3 170 would be fantastic. I'm super excited to see what my body will look like at 170, I'm sure you are too!! Keep it up, girl!!
