Thanks for the response.
I have been walking my dog for 15 minutes in the morning and then taking him on a hour long walk every evening. I have just added another half an hour with my Wii fit. I am going to try to restrict myself to no more than 1200 calories a day and add some negative calorie foods for snacks like carrot and such. Just try to eat healthier and more organic foods. Today was a bit discouraging, I seem to have added half a pound, but i can do it!!! I would love for you guys to join me and give me any suggestions you might have. Looking forward to a healthier me!!!!
