6 pounds by Thanks Giving!!!!
 
Hi everyone,

I have just joined, but I have been reading threads for support for a long time. All of your efforts have been inspiring and help me stay on track.

I have been trying to lose weight for over and year and have not been doing so well lately. In the past 4 months i have regained 6 of the pounds i had worked so hard to lose.

My goal is to lose those 6 pounds before thanks giving and i would love it if someone with similar goals can join up with me.

I look forward to hearing from you... keep up the great work!!!!

I'd love to join in on your goal too! I'd love to be 157-158 lbs by Thanksgiving. My birthday is coming up and that's always ends up being like a whole weekend of eating junk XD But I think we can all do it :) Welcome and good luck!

Hi all,

Thanks for the response.

I have been walking my dog for 15 minutes in the morning and then taking him on a hour long walk every evening. I have just added another half an hour with my Wii fit. I am going to try to restrict myself to no more than 1200 calories a day and add some negative calorie foods for snacks like carrot and such. Just try to eat healthier and more organic foods. Today was a bit discouraging, I seem to have added half a pound, but i can do it!!! I would love for you guys to join me and give me any suggestions you might have. Looking forward to a healthier me!!!!
