that's great, 215 is an awesome goal. as you can see, I break down my goals into 5-10 pound pieces. It feels a lot more doable.
You can do this, trust me. my mom just turned 50 this last year, she was diagnosed pre-diabetic (or maybe full diabetic, I know she takes medicine but doesn't do shots or anything) and has lost 40 pounds more immediately, but from her highest weight it's more like 60. and that only puts her to close to your weight. She's in the 240's now.
so congratulations on starting this journey, it can be hard but it's so worth it.
