Hi, I'm new to this site and have been loosing weight for over a year now. I'm close to my goal but just can't seem to loose it so I thought maybe I would find some tips on 3fc. Before loosing the weight I had been fat all my life and just woke up one morning and decided I was going to excercise everyday and eat healthy. I make this decision sound easy but I had been trying to loose the weight since I was 13 and only recently succeeded at 21.
I'm estatic to of lost the weight and only need to loose a little bit more but I also don't want to be one of those people that lapses and gains all the weight back.
