
I'm joining this site in hopes of finding some motivation and weight loss buddies to keep me strong

I have lost 50 pounds so far, I went from 205 to 155 pounds went on maintenance for awhile. But now I am trying to get back on the weight loss train and loose the last 20 pounds but I can't find the same motivation as when I started.
I think I am going backwards as well, I can't stop my binge eating, I wake up in the morning feeling good thinking today is the day, have a healthy breakfast but by lunch I am binging on crap food.
I CAN'T AND WON'T let myself go back to how I was before.
