New and not feeling the motivation.
Hi everyone :)
I'm joining this site in hopes of finding some motivation and weight loss buddies to keep me strong :) I have lost 50 pounds so far, I went from 205 to 155 pounds went on maintenance for awhile. But now I am trying to get back on the weight loss train and loose the last 20 pounds but I can't find the same motivation as when I started. I think I am going backwards as well, I can't stop my binge eating, I wake up in the morning feeling good thinking today is the day, have a healthy breakfast but by lunch I am binging on crap food. I CAN'T AND WON'T let myself go back to how I was before. Thanks for listening, looking forward to contributing here! |

I have found this a good place to come instead of the kitchen. I hope it helps you find motivation like it has helped me. Yesterday, my sister in law asked what I was doing to lose weight.... the answer? WILLPOWER!
