I'm new to this forum lark, but have decided that anywhere that I can get help is a good place to be !
I'm here in sunny England and have just finished a couple of weeks holiday. Back to work tomorrow and hitting a new eat healthy and exercise routine to get into the new dress I have bought for Christmas (yes, I know its a bit early, but I need the run up time !!
)
I mostly 'suffer' from being an emotional eater, so have decided to build a bit of meditation into my new regime - hoping that will help keep my emotions on a more even keel, so I can keep eating healthy and moving my butt.
