Oh man, you SOOOO can do a triathlon some day...without a doubt!...It's just gonna take discipline and work and time...Start out with smaller goals like maybe walking a 5K, then eventually running one, then maybe a 10K....and on and on. Doesn't have to be running of course, but whatever floats your boat that you like to do, that is key for keeping motivated with your exercise, that I know for sure...Don't be afraid to succeed!....Oh, and being 'chatty' is what joining a forum is about right?
