Introducing myself
Found this site while searching for for fitness tips. I'm 33, mom of a 13 year old girl and 7 year old boy. I'm engaged to a wonderful man.
I am rather short- 5'1 and 128 pounds. So I'm not necessarily overweight, but I know that I'm not in shape either. My fiance and I started doing the 30 day shred 2 weeks ago and I think it is killing us- but we're still at it!
I also started a low sodium diet to help with my recent kidney issues- so no fast food- very limited processed foods. And I actually feel tons better without all that salt!
I'm hoping I can log on here and keep inspired to continue my healthier diet and exercise!
