WELCOME!! These ladies have some awesome advice . Instead of focusing on that 150, work on mini goals like 5 or 10 lbs at time. It is real encouraging and you'll feel like your moving forward at a steady pace. I am older than you (48) but have also been in that 120 range. I also am in the range you are in now. You CAN DO THIS !.

So far, I've just been focusing on the day to day things and can hardly fathom my end goal. 199 is a number I'm really looking forward to seeing on the scale, so I guess you can count that as my first mini goal.
